Draakplaats

This project involved the extension of a railway bridge in the centre of Antwerp and aimed to improve mobility on one of the busiest lines in Belgium.

ConstruGomes was responsible for the construction of the new reinforced concrete structure, from the foundations to the deck, while respecting the original geometry, which featured arched spans.

The new viaduct was built on-site using a total of 380 tonnes of steel and approximately 2,600 m³ of concrete.
