The tallest bridge in Portugal and the third longest in the country, both in total length and main span, the Corgo Viaduct stands as one of Portugal's most remarkable road engineering achievements.Located in Vila Real and forming part of the A4 – Transmontana Motorway, it crosses the Corgo River Valley, playing a key role in improving road connections between Porto and Bragança.

The construction of a project of this scale required specialised technical solutions capable of addressing its structural complexity and the challenges posed by its location. ConstruGomes, in partnership with LCW, contributed to the delivery of this project for the client Caet XXI ACE (FCC and Soares da Costa), using movable scaffolding systems and a wing traveller. A project that reflects the importance of technical expertise, precision and teamwork in the construction of major infrastructure projects.
